to the Metcalfe Horse Ranch |

Located 6 miles S of the Canadian Border in north central North
Dakota the Metcalfe's have been ranching in the Turtle Mountains
of ND for three generations. Growing up on a ranch and
being part of beef and dairy operations where a good cow horse is
a working part of the business, we were thrilled to expand our ranching
business in 1991 to include breeding of quality Quarter
and Paint Horses. In 1992 we opened up sales of our foals to outside
buyers.
  We
currently have stock competing in team Roping, Breakaway Roping, Barrel
Race Futurity Prospects, English Hunter Jumper, as well as the Western

Our sale will be Saturday Sept. 8th, 2007 at Eastanollee Georgia, Eastanollee Livestock Auction. North of Read Hollow Road or South of Highway 17 on Livestock Road.

 Our
annual foal production sale is held each year
in early September. Our breeding program consists of primarily foundation bred and cow
bred Paints and Quarters (to check out the pedigrees go to our stallion
pages). It's our goal to produce quality performance horses
that are good moving, good minded, athletic individuals, who have
superior confirmation, the capability to work and good
looks to boot!
